GableStage seeks a dynamic, visionary Executive Director to lead one of South Florida’s most acclaimed and influential regional theatre companies during a historic period of growth and transformation. Partnering closely with the Producing Artistic Director and Board, the Executive Director will drive financial sustainability, organizational excellence, and strategic expansion, including GableStage’s transition into a new, state-of-the-art theatre at the former Coconut Grove Playhouse site.
